A support programme for prospective advisers who are newly qualified or have limited experience and looking to gain Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
The Academy also offers a support for those wishing to transition from Mortgage Adviser to Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
The Julian Harris IFA and Mortgage Adviser Networks launched their mentoring scheme in April 2017 and are now in a position to report on its success. The scheme offers those with limited experience in the industry who are either newly qualified or wanting a change of career, to kick start their own businesses. The scheme provides mentees with an experienced adviser to guide them through the process and offer help and support.
A low fee structure has been carefully designed to help ensure that mentees can get their businesses off to the best possible start. Members can join Julian Harris as Advisers With or Appointed Representatives on a self-employed/Limited company basis. Mentees are also offered training sessions specifically aimed at how to attract business and given details of lead generation programmes.
